## The brief

Vercel added .app and .dev to its Pro domain promotion on September 2. The offer covers one eligible, non-premium domain per team for the first year, alongside six previously supported extensions. The benefit ends after that year: Vercel says the domain renews automatically at the regular price displayed when it is claimed, so the offer does not remove future renewal costs.
